On a random walk along the shores of the wonderful back waters of Cochin, My eyes accidently went upon the over flowering residential blocks booming up on the either sides of Marine Drive, Cochin.

I wondered is all these flats really occupied. Out of my curiosity I enquired with my colleagues as a well as well as few salt and peppers there who came for a brisk walk.

To my utter shock yes most of the architectural symphonies created by the few top builders in Kerala on the shores of back waters facing the beautiful scenery are occupied. Some but it as an investment some does so for their vacation stay.
